Brandon Ford

Brandon Ford has over 15 years of experience in the roofing industry. Before that, he worked as a CAT adjuster, NFIP flood adjuster, and claims inspector for a national class lawsuit. Together with two fantastic, hardworking guys, for whom Ford has the utmost respect, they formed the company Retro Roofers, where he is a partner/co-owner. Ford has worked with thousands of homeowners - navigating claims, roof damage, inspections, and as an appraiser to handle claims disputes. He has gone through HAAG training and Xactimate training multiple times. Ford was born and raised in Atlanta and graduated from Samford University. He is married and has four amazing kids he loves hanging out with, whether that means an afternoon in the ballpark, movie night, or just driving them to school.

Brandon Gambrell

Brandon Gambrell is a partner/co-owner of Retro Roofers and spent his first 21 years in the small town of Aiken, SC. Gambrell has been an Atlanta area resident since he moved here in 1998. He received his Business Management degree from Kennesaw State University and has worked in the roofing industry since 2009. Gambrell has been through HAAG engineering training twice, toured multiple shingle manufacturing plants, and has assisted many insurance companies by climbing/documenting complex storm-damaged roofs. He resides in Woodstock with his wife of 5 years, a fiery redheaded 3-year-old, and the infamous dog-president of Midtown Atlanta, Curtis.

William Korn

William Korn is a partner/co-owner of Retro Roofers. He is a retired U.S. Army Veteran with extensive knowledge and experience in Roofing and Sales. Korn and the other partners have coordinated many community projects to help people in surrounding communities. He works hard to cultivate and live by the mission statement for Retro Roofers, taking pride in the evaluations and quality of work that Retro Roofers offer to their clients. He will be there from start to finish to ensure everything is “Retro approved” on every job.

Is it legal to cover home deductibles?

We understand that when our customers need a roofing quote, they need it as soon as possible. We aim to provide quotes within 24-48 hours after receiving the required information. Contact us here, and we will get back to you ASAP with a quote.
What's the difference between a 3-tab shingle and an architectural one?

Yes, we work with all insurance companies. We will handle the entire insurance claim process for you, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Do you install shingles over shingles?

No, you do not have to be home when we install your new roof. We will take care of everything and make sure the job is done right. Our old-fashioned values ensure we will leave every job site better than we found it whether you are home or not.
What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to start work with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. If you have any questions about our payment terms, please don't hesitate to ask.
What materials do you use on my roof?

We only use the highest quality materials available and stand behind our work 100%. If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us and we will make it right.
